Sometimes, all you want to do is talk about something you love. So it is on this week’s episode of Frame Work, where Al and I discuss the comedic genius of Tim Robinson’s Netflix sketch show, I Think You Should Leave. We’re just talking about our favorite sketches here, no big deal, but along the way, trying to explicate, if only to ourselves, why this collection of non sequiturs, awkwardness and morbidity is such a hilarious breath of fresh air. If you haven’t seen this show, watch it, and then let us try to explain why it’s funny (the best way to enjoy comedy). Also, this was recorded before the Bob Odenkirk news came through, and we talk a little about how great he is, but didn’t get the chance to wish him an incredibly speedy recovery. So, doing that now. What a genius.
