To remind us all that the world can be good and still has good people in it, the new Bill and Ted teaser trailer dropped this morning. Here it is!
So, how does it look? Probably about as expected. Both Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves appear to have slipped back into their roles effortlessly (and I’m pretty sure that’s them in heavy makeup in prison too). This doesn’t have a ton of jokes or plot, and is very much a teaser, but what we can see looks like a tonic, right now. And is there an easier movie to root for on the horizon? If it keeps its date, this will be out in August, and indeed, the key art above says Summer. The way this year is going, Be Excellent To Each Other takes on an almost zen simplicity.
