Finch Club: The Game

The Frame Work podcast officially welcomes out first return guest, Chris Prentice, to discuss David Fincher’s third feature, The Game! And when it comes to this one, opinions are all over the place, leading to probably the biggest disagreement we’ve yet had on the show. Is The Game an underrated 90s classic thriller, or an unbelievable exercise is style over substance? Are meant to empathize with Michael Douglas’s weird loner protagonist? Is the ending audacious, silly, or both? And really, how important is an ending, to a game? But we all agree on James Rebhorn.

As always, you can download back episode of the show on your podcast app of choice (just look for us as Frame Work), including past Finch Club episodes and lots more. If you’d like to help the show, please rate and review it on that podcast app, and of course, tell your friends! And next week, we’re taking on Fight Club!
